The service provides dedicated bandwidth, with a 100 Mbps connection, to ensure streamlined voice and data traffic. The flexibility of Internet service USA SIP allows for multiple ways to configure your Enterprise — allowing for 6 CCS and up to 800. You configure the trunks however your Enterprise requires — inbound, outbound, 2-way, single or multiple trunk groups. You can also activate continuity features, like Overflow and Failover, to ensure that you will not miss a call due to call volume or an outage. Plus, it all comes backed by Internet service USA Business Quality of Service (QoS) with Service Level Agreements, and expert 24/7/365 support.

SIP Trunk features:

Call Forward Not Reachable

  • Reroute calls to a predetermined number in the event of natural disaster or power outage.

Caller ID Name (CNAM)

  • Pair caller data to see the name and number of the person calling you.

Direct Inward Dial (DID)

  • Assign your employees a direct dial number for their convenience.

Direct Outward Dial (DOD)

 

  • Users on the PBX can place calls to outside lines without a switchboard attendant.

Failover/Overflow

  • Provides additional bandwidth when there is an outage or when all lines are busy.

Destination unreachable

  • Automatically reroute incoming calls to an alternate trunk group in case of a natural disaster or power outage.
